Large Fire Repair

As the fire raged through the house, a neighbor called the fire department when they saw flames leaping from the roof.

Although the dryer had been turned off, the fire was the result of a dryer malfunction, causing an almost total loss.

The fire destroyed much of the home's structure, covering the home in ash and soot.

The fire was on the main floor, but ash and smoke damaged every room in the home.

The kitchen suffered major damage, melting appliances, and leaving the cabinets as shells.

The kitchen ceiling was burned through the rafters and into most of the roof. There was nothing left of the laundry room.

Team's first priority was to secure the site from the elements, making it as safe as possible for crews to begin work.

Even what seems like the smallest damage is recorded to help Team work with your insurance company, and ensure long-term repair.

The reconstruction begins with deconstruction.

The entire roof was damaged. It had to be removed completely so the building could begin.

In the meantime, custom kitchen cabinets were built, appliances were replaced, and beautiful tile work was added to the backsplash.

The kitchen and dining area are sunny and new again.

The brick and all salvageable contents were cleaned and restored, even the grandfather clock.

Where there was once a pile of ash, beautiful new French doors, cathedral ceiling, furniture & carpet are returned.

The once burned out entryway where firemen once stood is renewed, as if nothing ever happened.
